Pros
With the exception of several people in positions of authority and a couple of angry, hateful employees, the people there are some of the best people that I have ever worked with.
Cons
The policies have changed over the years and are now ridiculous. Most aren't followed by employees, unless their manager enforces them, which most don't. The management Is worst it's ever been. Very unethical behavior. Nothing is confidential, so complaints and concerns can't be voiced There are cliques and no accountability across the company. Certain employees are micro-managed by people in positions of authority, while other employees come and go as they please without any supervision, lie about making up time, claim they work extra hours when it's physically impossible . Employees are allowed to be hateful, unfriendly, nosy, lazy and have bad attitudes. Employees are allowed to send emails that are condescending and hateful. Despite complaints, nothing has bern done. Employees are allowed to overstep their bounds and put themselves in matters that don't pertain to them or their or jobs. Employees are allowed to curse at other employees and openly discuss personal and confidential employee information with other employees. There is no such thing as confidentiality or privacy. It's been proven and pointed out many times that employees steal from the company, yet it still continues. Employees in positions of authority are allowed to make racial or cendescendung remarks and bully employees. It's not the company it once was years ago. It's being run into the ground . A lot of good people are leaving for better work conditions and less employer/employee hassle.
