Great team but constant leadership turmoil and clueless execs - Marketing ChowNow Employee Review

We went through so many leadership changes, it was absurd: averaging 2 a year over my 5+ years there. This meant constant whiplash in changing priorities, making it impossible to get anything done. Further, the existing executive leadership is clueless. The product is being commoditized, and they have their heads in the sand, blaming sales and marketing while new competitors Claude Code their way into competitive platforms each week and they don't have any way to differentiate.
