Pros
Once you get hired they don't fire people no matter how incompetent you are. You can even lie about your abilities and experience, all they will do is keep moving you to different departments.
Cons
Upper management is absolutely atrocious or completely non existent. They offer extremely low, unfair pay. Once you take the job they're going to add more and more tasks to your job description and do not compensate for these added tasks. All job descriptions end with "Miscellaneous tasks to be determined by management" which they think can be anything not specific to your job role. You're going to be forced to work with people who cannot do their jobs and are simply kept as pets. They are going to promise you things and sell you on the growth of the company during your interview, make sure you get it in writing, otherwise they will not keep their promises.
