Very disappointing approach to Cloud Infrastructure IaaS. The problem was that moving to the cloud meant being absorbed by the single tenant solution mandated by Tokyo (ie the Prmary Company) ratherthan a multi tenant that would have allowed Europe to maintain the autonomy they currently enjoy by staying on-prem with a fully managed Child domain, based AD environment. Obvioulsy Tokyo was insisting on cloud technology in certain areas like device enrolment but servers and data were still in on in on-prem based data centres.
