Bad place to work if you are an American - Anonymous employee Chugai Pharmaceutical Employee Review

Pretty much everything else. All comments here are from long ago employees. The staff has changed, and not for the better. Many layoffs over last year and all are Americans. They do not lay-off any of the expats. Expats will expect Americans to do all of the work. They want you to work from 7 AM until 7PM. Very bad work from home policy. Only 1 day per week even though you work 12 hour days. No wok-life balance. Again, worst is that there are regular layoffs. No company vision. No leaders.
