      Pros

      What an incredible place to work and care for children. If you have a passion for pediatric care, this hospital is the right place for you. I’ve worked at a several hospitals in different regions of the US. I can tell you that it’s the one place that seems to care about their employees. The pay, benefits, and work life harmony are unmatched.

      Cons

      I believe more of an effort to hire from outside of the system would benefit the hospital greatly.

      Supportive coworkers and strong teamwork culture. Meaningful work caring for complex patients and has excellent learning opportunities.

      Pension, great benefits, learning environment, collaborative team working to help children

      Cons

      Mid and upper management for this department lack willingness and desire to change and put forth minimal effort personally. Acceptable for them to “skate”. Majority NEED to retire
