Pros
I've been with Circle Care for three years now, and it has truly been a great company to work for. The team is supportive, flexible, very understanding, and they genuinely care about both their staff and the families they serve.
They provide the 40-hour training and support RBTs through the certification process, which makes it much easier to get started in the field. Communication is also a big strength- there are multiple coordinators who are responsive, easy to reach, and work hard to keep both RBTs and families informed and supported.
Overall, Circle Care is a dedicated, professional ABA team that supports its staff and provides quality care to families.
Cons
Like many ABA positions, the work can be challenging at times, depending on client behavior or family situations. However, the team is generally supportive and communicative when difficulties arise.
