Joined this company and its been barely 2 months
1. Multiple trainings will happen back to back, will not give you time to absorb.
2. Will put under live report, but if you have doubt nobody will answer, because they will be always be busy.
3. If multiple trainings are scheduled and you ask the manager which one to attend, they will shout at you on call for 1 hour. Just because you can't remember the name of trainings.
4. They don't even provide laptop. You will have to take desktop everywhere if you are working from home.
5. IT issues almost everyday, but you can't use that an excuse. You will have to extend to complete your work.
6.No food vendor in the cafeteria, if you ask why, then VP's will reply we are not in hospitality business.
7. Long working hours, but manager will talk about work life balance everyday.
