Pros
I’ve genuinely loved my experience working at Cityet. There’s something really special about being part of a team that cares deeply about both its people and the work we’re doing. You can feel that the decisions being made are thoughtful and grounded in supporting the clinics and ultimately delivering great patient care.
The collaboration across teams is one of my favorite parts. People are approachable, open to ideas, and willing to jump in to help each other. It never feels siloed. There’s also a strong sense of connection to the clinics, which makes the work feel meaningful and tied to something bigger.
Leadership is accessible and transparent, and there is a lot of trust placed in individuals to do their jobs well. It is a supportive, people first culture that still holds a high bar, which I really appreciate. If you are someone who wants to be part of a growing organization where your work actually makes an impact, this is a great place to be.
Cons
Like any growing company, there are moments where processes are still catching up to the pace of growth. Priorities can shift, and there is some ambiguity at times, but if anything it creates opportunities to build and improve. Our leadership gives us the space to create these new processes.
