Pros

There is a lot of energy in the company right now because of the recent sale of this business unit (formerly Johnson Controls Power Solutions). This business has been a strong performer for many years and is now being positioned to be a strong separate business, apart from the Johnson Controls parent. Good company benefits and really great people in the company.

Cons

Every company has difficult seasons and people and Clarios is no different. This is a great company - you'll have a great experience the more flexible you are and are willing to flex along with the changes.
