Pros
I was initially drawn to Clyde’s Restaurant Group because of their stated core values — respect and dignity — and I’ve genuinely seen those values upheld from the top down. Executive leadership is approachable, grounded, and far from pretentious. They listen, consider ideas from all levels, and make people feel heard.
It was incredibly refreshing to walk into a culture where collaboration, trust, and appreciation exist. The people here work hard and care deeply about what they do, and leadership makes sure that effort is recognized — both individually and as a team.
In my role as a corporate graphic designer, I feel supported creatively and respected professionally. It’s rare to find a company that balances tradition with innovation this well, and I’m grateful to be part of it.
Cons
The only downside is that the initial PTO offering starts a bit low, though it improves with tenure.
