Pros

Salary, people you meet, learn how not to treat future team members or co-workers

Cons

If you accept a position with CRRE realize you are just number that they need to create higher numbers. There is no work life balance. Cover your butt, if your numbers are low make sure even though you have brought it to the attention of your boss bring it to at least 4 other higher ups attention, otherwise the person put in place to "help" you will throw you under the buss to cover themselves and from that point on keep doing it. Even if 3-20 people quit ot get fired they never ask questions. It is all about money and that is why you are now just a number. Just ask yourself do my feelings and emotions matter? If they do go elsewhere.

Additionally, the starting pay rates are competitive and provide a solid foundation for attracting quality employees. Overall, the company offers a strong compensation and benefits package that helps set it apart from many competitors.

Cons

Coastal Ridge has provided many opportunities for growth, and I appreciate the current incentive programs. One improvement I would suggest is reviewing the bonus structure. Increasing management bonuses from 10% to a level closer to the 15% offered by some competing property management companies would make Coastal Ridge even more competitive in attracting and retaining high-performing employees. A stronger performance-based incentive can help drive engagement, accountability, and long-term commitment to the company.
