      - Yearly increase - Yearly bonus (separate from government mandated 13th month in PH) - Many various trainings - A lot of great opportunities to work with international clients - Great people and managers

      Cons

      - Location (Makati traffic is draining) - No paid extra time given for mandatory trainings (you basically figure out a way to get time to do it, even if on a project) - Stress of being out in a month or 2 if benched
