Do you have a barely veiled disdain for employees? Do you enjoy glossing over MASSIVE morale crises with nothing more than lip service? Does gaslighting your subordinates on a daily basis sound like a solid days work? Then Cognyte probably has a management position for you! The management at this company is an utter joke. They spend all day in meetings to discuss issues, so much so that they have absolutely no time to do anything about the issues. Not that they would if they did have the time. They will constantly explain how everything is fine and going well. Sales is always going well with healthy pipelines and bookings and blah blah blah, never mind that there's an income crisis every year when it comes time to reward the people that are actually producing. But, you don't have to produce and they won't fire you too. Just weigh down your team with your dead weight, collect that paycheck and do it all again next week. Verint benefits used to actually be worth a damn, but cognyte management has fixed that, too! So now the benefits are absolutely trash, to precisely mirror the way they see front line employees.
