Working at CRCMS you feel like part of a family. The work environment is enjoyable to be in and makes long days easier to get through. The management provides you with hands-on feedback and advice. You have a constant ability to grow in your position and branch out to other sectors should you desire to do so. Everyone is part of the team and you don't ever feel as though you are holding others up. A good place to work if you enjoy learning and working as part of a team, are looking to get bulge bracket experience in a smaller environment or have a strong passion for the energy, real estate oil & gas,or m & a sectors specifically. There is strong room for internal growth and improvement. Casual Fridays are also a strong plus.
