Lower to average pay overall, sometimes terribly low depending on the position (like 1/3 less than average). Office politics at their worst. Particularly if you catch the eye of the ruling family. If you do, they will go out of their way to knock you down or out. Morale on the surface seems high, but anyone that hasn't been there a long time isn't particularly happy. Watch out for the royal family in charge of everything. Because they promote from within, not all management is qualified to be where they are.
