Pros

Interesting work, some really intelligent and kind colleagues

Cons

My experience left me with serious concerns about how the company supports employees during major life transitions, how managers are trained, and whether HR functions as an employee resource in practice. If you are looking for a workplace with reliable support, reasonable expectations, and real accountability, I would look elsewhere.

Pros

Great culture with genuinely great people who are passionate about the mission. difficult but highly rewarding work where you're empowered to solve real problems. Leadership is strengthening and driving the company toward a compelling vision. Tons of opportunity for impact and professional growth.

Cons

The pace is fast and the challenges can be intense - it's not for everyone. You'll need to be comfortable working through ambiguity and pushing through difficult problems without always having a clear roadmap. If you prefer a slower, more predictable routine, this might feel overwhelming at times.

Pros

Coworkers, remote work, some overtime

Cons

The company is constantly evolving, which can make it difficult for employees to feel secure in their roles. One moment you feel confident about your future with the organization, and the next you are concerned about the possibility of layoffs. When AI initiatives were introduced, employees were assured that the technology would not eliminate jobs. However, recent workforce reductions have understandably caused many employees to question those assurances. In my experience, three employees from my department and two from another department were laid off. While change is inevitable in any organization, transparent communication and consistency between messaging and actions are essential to maintaining employee trust and morale.
