      Talking to ppl 24/7. You'll feel like a news reporter and because most of the customers are older you'll be repeating yourself a lot.

      • The building smells like sewage and musk everyday • 3 reorgs in less than 2 years, and more on the way • Massive early retirement initiative - 120+ people retired without backfill of positions • Pay remains the same, while responsibilities continually add on and change from what is expected from you
