Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely appreciate every employee and former employee's feedback. We are sorry that your experience at Concept Plus wasn't as positive as we wanted it to be. We take very seriously employee engagement in particular open communications. As we state in our company handbook, we have an open door policy with the CEO so that if any employee has any issues, they are encouraged to to bring it directly to the CEO. Also we have a very diverse employee group and welcome all employees. We have strong outreach programs that encourage veterans, women, and minorities to apply at Concept Plus. We have internal programs to celebrate diversity, such as our annual Thanksgiving potluck. Just, recently we initiated a CP Women's Networking Group to provide the members with opportunities to celebrate their common ties, as well as to network, find and/or act as mentors, learn new skills, impact the business and give back to the community. We also appreciate that you enjoyed the company lunches and gear. We strive to make our annual Holiday Party and Summer picnic enjoyable for the employees and their families.
