      Pros

      All of the benefits of a large company with all of the personal touches that come with a small to mid-size organization. At CP you will find talented people and lots of opportunities to sharpen your skills.

      Cons

      CP is based on Fairfax but has a lot of contracts where we work remote so we can't always get together at Holiday parties and summer events. In fact, I think we have people in over 22 states in the US.

      Pros

      Very strong culture, clear the company cares for its employees, higher ups are good people who deserve what they have. Room to grow, room to develop, great opportunities.

      Cons

      I know this sounds fake but there really have been no cons
