My decision to accept the manager role was based on the promise of an unlimited commission structure, which the company has now failed to honor. Compounding this broken promise, I am now being expected to absorb a pay cut to my base salary. It is not acceptable to reduce my compensation and simply tell me to be satisfied with 'team building.'
