Leadership is a revolving door with inconsistent priorities/goals which are never well communicated to the organization. Leadership across the organization lifts up those that will enable their unprofessional behavior and not question their lack of qualifications. This creates a toxic environment that emboldens arrogant, uninformed strategy resulting in natural business consequences that are then blamed on leadership's scapegoat of the month.
