      Good coworkers and lower level management

      Cons

      Upper management and HR have been especially difficult. Pay inequities. Safety culture is bad. They don’t give us what we need to do our jobs, then get mad when we can’t do our jobs.

      Management is always looking at taking on new projects and clients so there is always change and uncertainty, which is to be expected since CordenPharma is a CDMO.

      Company is diversifying their manufacturing capabilities and will be a leading CDMO in the near future. There will always be work to do.

      Cons

      Company is constantly expanding. It if often a daily occurance a sample shows up unannounced and is needed asap.
