Pros

No interview, pretty much hired if you can pass drug screen and background check Good money, 28.25 hourly

Cons

The warden promotes based off personal relationship, not professional accomplishments or suitability for the job. The captains, one in particular, has no respect for those she supervises. She was investigated and allowed to stay and continue the same behavior. Detention Officers are injured doing drills

Pros

Facility leadership is so much better than corporate leadership!!

Cons

-Pay....not a living wage for the location. Wages are dictated by Tennessee who have NO idea what a living wage in my state is. -HR leadership at the Corporate level is AWFUL, they make decisions without any input from the facility staff!! -Employees are micromanaged and feel de-valued and are treated like a number and not a person!! -STAY AWAY from this AWFUL place!!
