There was never any sense of consistency among management and their decision making or what was considered a priority. Pay was below average. Several of the processes were inefficient. There is never any consistency on who gets raises when and how they're distributed. In summary, management is all over the place with changing priorities weekly and many of the employees feel a sense of entitlement based on their tenure with the company.
