Focuses primarily on profit, while treating employees like disposable garbage. Covenant has a high employee turnover rate and struggles to recruit more healthcare employees because of this. It is a very chaotic and toxic working environment. I found myself depressed and angry working here and relief after I left for a position elsewhere.
