Pros
Easygoing culture, decent PTO, no issues with healthcare benefits. Strong culture of work-life balance is good for families. Ability to remote work for certain roles. Poor engineering of backend data pipelines means there will be plenty of work to do.
Cons
Since 2022, company has lacked strategic direction and clear focus on what it means to be a customer-centric firm. Fails to adopt dynamic pricing and 'surge' pricing on assets that are more costly to own or maintain. Does not upgrade its internal tools or adopt relevant AI tools to save time. Has little interest in constructing towers or acquiring more towers.
