No company is perfect. With the fast growth and fast paced nature of the company, it is easy to get stuck in the day to day and forget to look at the bigger picture. You have to be able and willing to go with the flow around here because of the rapid changes that happen to ensure we can meet our customers needs. With the rapid growth we have a large number of new leaders in new positions that can cause some growing pains.
