I was worked 110 hours in a 10 day period without ever becoming an actual employee. Large numbers of employees (myself included) were not being compensated for their labor, while hours were not being tracked for numerous employees. Primarily facilities and housekeeping. This company is not complying with many California labor laws. I sent an email to HR to get role definitions and ask who I reported to and was fired without a cause or reason my next shift.
