We recognize the frustration expressed regarding advancement, the pressure you felt surrounding performance and job security, and leadership. Hearing that you felt unable to support a family on your wages is difficult, and we appreciate your honesty regarding the impact of our merit process. You also raised concerns about the anonymity and consequences of internal feedback. We want to acknowledge that this perception matters. We recently made changes to our Inker feedback process, including transitioning to a new survey platform with strengthened anonymity safeguards. These include minimum response thresholds before results are shared and limitations designed to prevent individual attribution. While no system is perfect, we intend to ensure feedback can be shared safely and used constructively. While it’s clear that the challenges you describe ultimately outweighed the positives, we hope there were moments during your time at Custom Ink that felt meaningful, even if the overall experience did not meet your expectations.
