Pros

The people you meet, however, after training you do not see them anymore, they separate the training classes and you barely see a person, because you have to keep your head in your cubicle due to the high volume calls.

Cons

Low wage for Spanish speaking interpreters, eventhough, Spanish is the highest call volume. They do not care about the employees, fired people for any reason and they invite you again for training????? Who does that????? It's so fishy....What type of scam these people are running???? One good interpreter was laid off, because her car broke down and, eventhough, she BORROWED a car to go to work that day, because she was late, they let her go. But not in the morning, when she arrived, no, they let her work ALL DAY, and called her into HR (and everyone in the center knows that when they call you to HR, something is up--and everybody is looking at you, it is very embarrasing) and let her go. The interpreter said that they told her that the only valid excuse to be late was doctor's appointments, so if you are hired by Cyracom, God forbids, your car broke down, before you go to work. They will tell you: "Hasta la vista, baby" as soon as they can.
