First of all, we are impressed that you have been a part of our company for more than 10 years. We truly value your long-term contribution.
We’re glad to read that you’ve experienced flexibility and autonomy, depending on leadership, as these are important aspects of a positive working environment.
At the same time, we understand your concerns regarding the return-to-office approach planned for January 2027. For many colleagues, flexibility has become part of daily life since the pandemic, and change can understandably feel disappointing or even conflicting with what we’ve promoted before. The intention behind the update isn’t to step away from work-life balance or trust, but to strengthen collaboration, connection, and development by spending more time together in person. Something we believe makes a real difference in how we work and grow.
That said, we know one size doesn’t fit all, which is why individual situations can still be discussed with managers. We truly value open dialogue and encourage continued conversations as we move toward this transition together. Thanks again for your honesty.
