Pros
CEO and Sales leadership gives you the freedom to wine and dine potential clients into buying into their so called "ediscovery ecosystem". Pretty much anything short of a bribe can be expensed. (cases of Dom Perignon, $1,000 dinners, etc.)
Cons
From the top down, there is a noticeable lack of direction and a consistent failure to communicate a clear vision for the company. Leadership believes they are providing direction and then makes a knee jerk change at the last minute. Team members often find themselves scrambling to decipher what's expected of them, which is incredibly frustrating and demotivating. The workplace culture is a toxic cesspool. The company preaches values and principles that they routinely fail to uphold. There is a stark disconnect between what they say and what they do. Be a yes man/woman or see you later. If you've been with the company longer than 2 years go with established account you are probably good to, but beware if you join a territory with "good accounts". You most likely will be cut off from those good accounts since someone who has been with the company for a long time called them 5 years ago and has a relationship with another office. Also, the OTE they present is unattainable, even going into your second year. Not even close to the 50/50 base/commission they tell you. More like 80/20. If you do get a job selling for them you'll notice that the company email domain has already been blocked by a ton of potential clients because they spam email and call everyone in their system every few weeks.
