      Pay was great. They have really good benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between laborers, operators, foreman, superintendent, and office personnel. They do not promote within the company very often. Like bringing in very unknowledgeable people that will not listen to other ideas besides their own.

      Some projects may require overnight stay out of town.
