Pros

We keep busy taking calls and answering emails. It has a laid-back style. The training is all online, which does not work as well for me as hands-on. They have good medical benefits.

Cons

Be an engineer or in outside sales to go to training classes out of state. Pay is not good unless you work in the shop, projects or in engineering. No advancement

Leading an Applications Engineering team of very talented individuals and working every day on something new. Our customer service is top notch, and we continue to gain more clients because of it.
