      Great corporate culture, huge plus, hence high retention rate despite lower comp if we look at the industry standard

      CSM role is account manager role + sales quota. Not traditional CSM role

      Nearly impossible quotas Most reps miss, even the tenured ones High turn over Unhealthy hours - the job is 8:30am to 5:30 pm but you're expected to come in early and stay late
