Pros
-Interview process consisted of phone screen with HR, interview by hiring manager and then a panel interview with 3 additional people + hiring manager again. There was also a personality assessment. Questions in the interview were related to my prior work experience that aligned with the role, how I work cross-functionally and manage conflict. Nothing caught me off guard. -Since starting everyone has been exceptionally nice and willing to help answer questions. The team is also incredibly talented and intelligent. -Company is very transparent about strategy and how we will achieve our goals. -No idea is too small...they invest in their business when an opportunity has been identified and have a strong long term roadmap of innovation -Feels like a small, large company -I have not seen micro-managing. Leaders trust their teams to make decisions. -Compensation
Cons
