Denali, like any production company, relies on teamwork to get the job done. Almost everyone is helpful because they realize if you don’t do your part, they will have to do your job too.

Because teamwork is needed to be successful, when 1 person don’t pull their weight, or they’re short-staffed, everyone feels it. They have a hard time staying fully staffed because people who apply aren’t ready to work.
