Pros
Deposco has a pretty solid onboarding program, and there are some gems in the workforce that were a pleasure to work with. They host a lot of events for their Alpharetta-based employees, which are very fun. They cater breakfasts on Mondays. The pay is pretty good
Cons
Leadership is pretty weak, and when big customer issues come up, you're mostly on your own to figure things out. The company tends to be very reactive. There's not much focus on planning ahead or preventing problems before they happen.
There's also a LOT of tension between R&D and professional services. It’s been an ongoing issue for months, and even though leadership knows about it, nothing had really changed. Communication was outright disrespectful and aggressive at times.
The leadership team feels very much like an old boys' club - very few women in leadership roles, and no visible effort to change that. On top of that, performance reviews aren’t transparent or consistent, which makes it hard to understand how to grow or what’s expected.
