      Excellent product, good extended medical benefits

      Cons

      Management has no regard for their team's hard work and plays favourites. One person leaves after 2 years and gets jewelry from Tiffany's and a cake. Another person leaves after 8 years and doesn't even get a farewell card. Compensation is low and bonus structure makes it impossible to earn.

      Pros

      My manager and cross functional environment. Everyone was and is really kind from beginning to end and they’re helpful when we ask for help. The monthly allocations is a big plus.

      Cons

      With many teams and ideas caused some lack of communication at times. Another con is the lunch got very repetitive.
