Pros
When I was there, Domo had a great environment in CS and people I knew regularly received deserved praise at the enterprise level. I'm a firm believer in the product, and there is strong motivation to collaborate and help one another both within and between organizations within the company.
Cons
In my last years there, there was a clear trend in management toward making decisions that affected my team less transparent and in punishing critical voices. My understanding is that those individuals are not there today, but I was not able to determine the root cause, so I cannot say if the problem is truly gone.
