      Good co workers to work with

      low pay, the harder you work, the more work they will pile on you without even a good job or thank you. way understaffed. Department is burnt out but it falls on dead ears. It has gone downhill a lot in the past 2 years. will no longer recommend to friends to work here. Insurance is outrageous...HUGE deductible.

      There are some good people in the company

      Cons

      Management like to decide when they want to discipline and who. They favor a lot of people who been there longer but are lazy. If you are young, your are going to be tossed in the freezer a lot.
