      Very Stressful and hard work......a lot of drama , disrespectful ,People are leaving left and right. Forced dispatch make you work on your day off and if you refuse you get discipline . This place is a modern slavery. Racist work environment .

      There are some good people in the company

      Cons

      Management like to decide when they want to discipline and who. They favor a lot of people who been there longer but are lazy. If you are young, your are going to be tossed in the freezer a lot.
