Pros
The students are genuinely some of the greatest people I've ever met and the fact that I get to help them achieve their goals is why I look forward to work every day. A new focus on equity and commitment to being an anti-racist institution show promise.
Cons
Pay is incredibly low, communication from leadership is poor, and systems are outdated and ineffective. It is a daily exercise in frustration. There's little room for upward mobility.
