Pros
The culture is real, transparency from the Executive team down through the organization is rampant. The ability to provide feedback and have it actioned is available. The CEO is a servant leader, and sets the tone for leadership in the company. The Observability is hot, and only getting hotter. The addition of senior talent in GTM over the last 2 years has really established a world class sales culture and team on the Field. The executive team appears aligned, well integrated on priorities and execution. Strategy is clear.
Cons
Very conservative, we could be investing more for growth need to consider means for attracting / retaining top talent that might require us to go out of the normal bounds (which this company does not like to do - see first point) needs to operate more like a scrappy start-up in this fast moving time versus a more stayed enterprise SW company
