      Pros

      The overwhelming majority of employees at Ellison are good people. It is easy to communicate, the company gives people a lot of room for their own ideas and entrepreneurial spirit. I don't feel like I am just moving information around - I feel like I can make a difference here. Good work/life balance. Good opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Because the company gives people a lot of room to make their own choices, there can be a slight lack of uniformity in regards to different offices and standardized practices. This "con" can be mitigated through communication, however.

      Pros

      I’ve had a very positive experience with Ellison Technologies so far. One of the standout aspects was the hiring process. It was impressively fast, and the team kept me informed at every step, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The onboarding process was also very well organized. I felt welcomed right away and had everything I needed to get up to speed quickly. It’s clear the company puts effort into setting new employees up for success. The work environment is friendly and collaborative. People are approachable, and there’s a strong sense of respect across teams. I especially appreciate that there’s no micromanagement. Leadership trusts employees to do their jobs and values their skills and expertise. That level of trust creates a more positive and productive workplace.
