Pros

Easy once trained Some good trainers and people Great Directors People are very nice to your face Best for short time to get experience. Get out before you get stuck. Don’t settle.

Cons

Retaliatory culture. If something happens to you they will find a way to retaliate or run you out before they make it right. Not good for women or minorities. Odd hours and little chance for good days off. Lack of transparency and clear communication. Can get mundane and boring. Location is awful, no culture outside of the job, very little to do, especially on odd days off. Toxic work environment. Culture is outwardly great but covertly insincere. Even sports enthusiasts eventually want out.
