      Pros

      Good pay . A lot of training. Bonus structure good. Management listens and tries to react to concerns voiced. Overall good job just very demanding of your time.

      Cons

      Very high turnover rate, still has the old buddy mentality, not based on performance. Minimal time off during the season.

      The money was good ( great if you got on prevailing wage jobs)

      Tons of convicts Tons of drug users Hostile work environment if supervision doesn’t like you Lots of favoritism Layoffs in the winter and most of the time won’t get called back for the following season
