Their word has no value. Even written word has no value. If you are dealing with Eswar, get out of the organization ASAP. He is total piece of Sh**t. No response to your queries by HR, Payroll or any team. If they say they are working on something, that means they are not doing anything. So don't believe anything they say unless that thing is actually done.
