      The people are all so friendly and the community here is just fabulous. Amazing culture, team, campus, gym, smoothie and juice bar, cafeteria is the best I have ever seen.

      Sometimes long hours before deliverables, changing timelines, and high pressure on certain projects

      All the surface level amenities (building, cafe, gym). Lots of SMEs with big hearts.

      Cons

      The number of people that quit in the last 90 days. Quiet layoffs The true promotion price is doing 3 jobs and accommodating different time zones. Lots of inexperienced managers and layers Too much " aligning" and "circling back" ; not enough doing
